Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker Admits To Being Homosexual

Retired Federal Judge Vaughn Walker who became especially well known for overturning Proposition 8, a gay marriage ban, has finally come out of the close himself.

In an recent interview with Reuter’s on Wednesday, Walker admitted to being involved in a 10 year homosexual relationship of his own. So what could be Walker’s motivation for doing so now? More than likely it is with the hope of marrying his gay lover in an officiated same-sex marriage which he has now legalized in the state of California.
“Walker had never previously discussed his sexual orientation in the press, but on Wednesday said he was in a 10-year relationship with a physician,” the reporter wrote.
Although, Judge Walker left the bench in January,  he did not do so without first pounding his gavel one last time to overturn Proposition 8 and thereby legalize same-sex marriages as a law for California. This was nothing more than an ungodly attempt by a practicing homosexual judge to redefine the history and institution of traditional and biblical marriage by using the courts to do so.

Walker overturned Proposition 8, a constitutional amendment which clearly defines marriage as being that between one man and one woman.  Furthermore, Prop 8, was voted on and approved by a majority of California voters.  Thus Walker’s decision was one that would allow him to become a ’beneficiary’ of.  He excused himself before reporters with the following reasons for not recusing himself from this case,

To do so would be to go down a slippery slope where judges must recuse themselves from a judicial matter because of one’s race, gender or nationality. “It would not be a positive development if you thought a judge’s sexuality, ethnicity, national origin or gender would prevent a judge from handling a case,” he told reporters.
There was much speculation swirling about in the media and newspapers about Vaughn Walker’s sexual preferences in February 2010.  However, despite questions about his sexuality, Walker never attempted to disclose his secret gay lifestyle until now. Why?  Because rather than allowing justice to be truly served, Walker attempted to allow justice to serve and benefit him as well as other practicing gays and elesbians, by overturning Proposition 8.

Furthemore, prominent legal analysts and experts are now calling for Vaughn Walker’s controversial decision to be immediately vacated as the evidence suggest that the judge was clearly a “direct beneficiary” of his own biased ruling.

Judge Vaughn Walker did protest to much.  The Bible says, ”Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

DOMA: Gay Marriages Miss the House in Rhode Island

A small DOMA victory happened in Rhode Island, and that is “Gay Marriages could not pass the House." Edith Ajello, a prominent Providence progressive, admited that the proposed bill fell short of the required number of 38 votes by at least to 6-8 needed to pass the Rhode Island House.

This was speculated to be one that rivals could easily take to the bank by some same-sex advocates.  Furthermore, even Senate members are somewhat perplexed as to why they should be pressed to vote on a bill with a public outcry on a bill believed to be already dead on arrival in Senate.  Senator Robert Flaherty, D-Warwick remarked, “The Senate’s not going to pass.” Continuing he classified the action as an "exercise in futility."

So as you can see this is yet another great victory within DOMA’s reach.  While we celebrate at this moment there is still a lot of work to be done.  As Marriage Equality Rhode Island is still promising its supporters that the bill will still pass some time this year. However, please know that your pledge of monetary or verbal support is making a huge difference!

The Emergence of Homosexuality and Same-Sex Marriages

There was a time when homosexuality was not as public as it has become now.  At one time, it was viewed as shameful and grave sexual misconduct.  This behavior was often kept hidden, and kept in the closet, so to speak, by those engaged in this type of lifestyle.  However, now homosexuality and elesbianism has become up close, and personal.  Furthermore, it is a controversial issue that has been flooding the headlines, and regrettably this type of lifestyle has touched the holy institution of MARRIAGE.

In recent years, states in America has been legislating and performing wedding ceremonies for gays and lesbians, which is widely known today as same-sex marriages.  So why is this happening and becoming prevalent in a once Christian America?  It is because homosexuality is no longer regarded and viewed by a multitude of people, such as the president, federal judges, secular as well as some Christian denominations, as to what it truly is and that is a SIN.  This is what can be labeled ladies and gentlemen as religious tolerance or indifference and it is only continuing to spread as many toss up their hands in willful compromise.

A classic example of compromise, I believe can be seen when a popular Christian owned ebusiness known as eHarmony, underwent a legal battle against a New Jersey man who accused the company back in 2008 of discrimination for not including and matching same-sex partners. Consequently, eHarmony, which was launched in 2000 and widely recognized and heralded as the No.1 Trusted Relationship Service Provider, decided to settle and end the legal battle, and as of today likewise provides gay dating services.  While some may call the allowance and acceptance of same-sex unions as progression, I can only classify it as a moral regression by which the Lord will once again have to judge the world.

Respect For Marriage Act is to Respect Sin

The Respect For Marriage Act does not truly hold or have a respect for the institution of marriage as its name appears to suggest, and in this post you will discover why.  First of all, what is it and where is it originating from?

This 'would be law' is being proposed, and sponsored by a Senator in California, Dianne Feinstein.  Furthermore, what The Respect For Marriage Act is hoping to legislate into law, if able to successfully repeal DOMA through Congress, is that "same-sex couples - if married in a state that recognizes their unions - would be eligible for federal benefits such as Social Security and survivor benefits, etc."

While the proposal of this law may appear to sound noble and for the benefit of the underdog, and that is the gay, lesbian, and homosexual community and their recognition by federal law of same-sex marriages or unions, it really is NOT.

First of all, The Respect For Marriage Act has NO respect for God, because it has no respect for biblical and traditional marriage as declared, instituted, and set forth in the Constitution of His Word by Him---THE HOLY BIBLE and, thus, in its efforts to legislate this apparent law upon repealing DOMA, proves to only demonstrate and legitimize a respect of willful sin (i.e. homosexuality) by mankind.

Regrettably, 15 years since passing the DOMA LAW, peoples beliefs and values has likewise been on a moral and spiritual decline.  And if the Pew Poll is accurate - 45% of adults now support same-sex marriages while 46% oppose it.  However, what this suggests is NOT any type of advancement in our society, but rather a digression, as multitudes of people have allowed themselves to become tolerant of what the Bible clearly categorizes as SIN, and furthermore CONDEMNS, likewise compromising God's truth.

Finally, supporting The Respect For Marriage Act or any type of immoral or ungodly behavior of any kind is to likewise respect and promote what has been biblically classified as sin, and will prove in the end to not be for the overall good of humankind, but rather to its ultimate detriment.

Defend DOMA: Take the Challenge For Marriage

This is a clarion call going out to ALL supporters of traditional and canonical marriage.  As outlined and set forth in the divine constitution of the Holy Bible, the Creator declares that marriage is His design and is to be between one man and one woman only. Furthermore, scripture clearly and fully supports this law known as DOMA, because Section 3 clearly reflects the LORD's divine mandate and law concerning men and women who decide to marry.  Yet, with Obama's recent decision or better yet betrayal concerning DOMA, there are now many challenges that lie ahead.  Nevertheless, we can all still make a difference.

So I invite you to join us by likewise signing up to take the challenge for marriage and thus support DOMA with either a one time financial gift or a small monthly gift.  Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated.  For we should all participate and do what we can as servants of the Lord our God to make out voices heard by taking the necessary action to help enable the appropriate officials to continue in the fight to legally enforce this law.  Afterall, we don't need a LEGALIZED Sodom and Gomorrah in America nor the world for that matter.
